Pullet eggs are simply the first eggs laid by young hens. They’re the exact same farm-fresh, pasture raised eggs you know and love…. just a little smaller in size as hens begin laying.
These petite eggs have the same rich yolks, delicious flavor, and nutritional value as our regular eggs, making them perfect for everyday cooking, baking, or breakfast. Since they’re smaller than our standard eggs, we offer them at a discounted price of $4.25 per dozen.
 
We’re excited to share some news about a new partnership we’ve formed with Flo-Ray Farm in Front Royal, VA. We’ve heard your feedback, and we know we haven’t always been able to keep up with the demand for our free-range eggs, especially during the busiest parts of the year. While we’d love to expand our own flock, it’s just not feasible for us right now. So, we’ve teamed up with the Sager Family at Flo-Ray Farm. They use a mobile chicken "Eggmobile" to rotate their hens on lush pastures and feed them locally sourced, GMO-free feed — exactly the kind of care and attention we put into our own flock. We’re confident you’ll love these eggs as much as ours, and we’re thrilled to have a steady supply.
 
We will be offering a limited supply of eggs for preorder every week. That way you don't need to rush here on market days to guarantee eggs. If it states sold out here on the website - that is just referring to pre orders. We will still have availability for first come, first serve in the market.
